The BOAB Method is a workout system created specifically for the female body.

It combines strength training, sculpting, core work, posture, mobility, and glute-focused movement into one simple method designed to help women:

HOW THE WORKOUTS WORK

Every BOAB workout is organized into 3 simple sections called Loops.

Each Loop has a different purpose, so your body gets everything it needs in one session.

LOOP 1 — BUILD

Your main strength section.

These movements use resistance to build glutes, legs, shoulders, back, and shape the body.

Examples: squats, lunges, rows, presses, hip thrusts.

Purpose: curves, strength, tone, confidence.

LOOP 2 — OPTIMIZE

Your sculpting section.

Higher-rep controlled movements that refine shape, tighten muscles, and enhance feminine lines.

Examples: lighter dumbbell work, glute isolations, shoulder shaping, targeted toning.

Purpose: definition, shape, sexy details.

LOOP 3 — ALIGN

Your body balance section.

Core, posture, hips, glutes, mobility, and stabilizing work that helps the body move beautifully and stay pain-free.

Examples: dead bugs, glute bands, hip openers, posture drills.

Purpose: flat waist, better posture, flexible hips, longevity.
